In a statement, JAMB stated that after giving it some thought, it has decided to prolong the exercise by two weeks, starting on Wednesday, March 28, 2024, and ending on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

Challenges with security screenings prompted procedure adjustments to deter flaunting fake A-level certificates by certain DE candidates.

The Board regrets any issues potential DE candidates faced and vows to enhance the process in the future.

While enhancing the process, the Board remains steadfast in preventing candidates with dubious certificates from exploiting them.
