Davido responds to Cubana Chief Priest’s release on bail

Chief Priest’s release; The N10 million bail given to socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, after he entered a not guilty plea to charges of naira abuse has prompted a response from singer Davido.

According to HYPEBLOG9JA MEDIA, Cubana Chief Priest was granted bail for N10 million with two sureties in an equivalent amount after entering a not guilty plea.

Chief Priest faced three Naira abuse charges, appearing before Justice Ogundare at the Federal High Court, Lagos, on Wednesday.

Shortly after being granted bail, the socialite thanked his friends and fans on his Instagram account.

The experience, he said, humbled him, but it also proved that he is not “small.”

Davido commented, refusing separation from Cubana Chief Priest for six months and rejecting the idea of imprisonment.

“I no go see u for 6 months ke,” he wrote. Never.

Bobrisky was sentenced to six months in prison without the possibility of a fine for Naira mutilation by Justice Awogboro.
