Xavi explains reasons for Barcelona’s 3-2 loss to Real Madrid

Xavi Hernandez, the manager of Barcelona, claimed that his team’s errors cost them in Sunday’s 3-2 loss to Real Madrid.

Andreas Christensen’s header gave Xavi’s team an early lead, and Vinicius Jr.’s penalty kick tied the score at one.

With twenty minutes remaining, Fermín López, a replacement, gave Barça the lead once more.

Before Jude Bellingham’s late winner put the two La Liga rivals ahead by 11 points, Vázquez pulled Madrid even again.

Xavi declared, “I am proud of the team, especially in the second half.”

“We made an effort. Although we were good, our blunders cost us the loss.

“Normally, we win because of how the game transpired. We were worthy winners. We did better at creating and defending. The game was in our hands.
