Action, Superhero, Adventure — In James Gunn’s The Suicide Squad, a group of imprisoned supervillains is recruited by the government to undertake a high-risk mission on the remote island of Corto Maltese. Tasked with destroying a powerful laboratory and facing threats far beyond their expectations, the ragtag team — including Harley Quinn, Bloodsport, Peacemaker, and King Shark — must survive a series of chaotic, explosive encounters. The film blends irreverent humor, stylized action, and dark themes of anti-heroism.
