A viral video captures the moment a masked guest identified as Oga 9ja surprised newlyweds Peller and Jarvis with a ceremonial cheque worth ₦10 million during their lavish wedding reception on Saturday.

Dressed in a pink elephant mascot costume, black sunglasses, a white agbada-style outfit and coral beads, the guest made a dramatic entrance before presenting the oversized cheque to the couple.

The cheque, addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Adelaja, indicated a cash gift of ₦10,000,000.

Videos from the reception showed Peller and Jarvis receiving the gift to loud cheers from guests, while many attendees recorded the moment.

The presentation has since gone viral on social media, with many describing it as one of the highlights of the wedding celebration.
