Charlie Fleck, a 29-year-old aspiring video game designer, receives an incredible opportunity when his eccentric friend Gibbs, a toy shop owner, gives him a device capable of stopping time.

At first, the invention seems like the perfect solution to Charlie's problems and a chance to change his life. But as he begins to explore what the device can do, the boundaries between opportunity, responsibility and consequence become increasingly complicated.
