Eight inmates secure release from Nigerian prison in Delta

Eight inmates have secured release from the Nigerian Correctional Facility in Ogwashi-Uku Custodial Centre, Delta State.
Their release followed the intervention of the Chief Victor Uwajeh Foundation, which fulfilled their bail conditions.

In a statement to DAILY POST by Alex Odi-Okoh, the inmates commended the gesture.

According to him, the release of the eight inmates was deliberately chosen as a takeoff initiative.

Addressing the freed inmates, Odi-Okoh advised them to shun violence, embrace positive values, and focus on rebuilding their lives.
