A total of 17 players are at risk of suspension ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup quarter-finals, with each just one yellow card away from missing a potential semi-final.

The players entered the disciplinary watchlist after receiving bookings during the Round of 16, which concluded on Tuesday.

Morocco has the highest number of players at risk, with Issa Diop, Achraf Hakimi, Redouane Halhal, and Bilal El Khannouss all walking the disciplinary tightrope.

England also has four players facing the same situation: Jude Bellingham, Nico O'Reilly, Declan Rice, and Marc Guehi.

For France, Michael Olise and Manu Koné are one booking away from suspension.

The list also includes Switzerland's Granit Xhaka, Denis Zakaria, and Miro Muheim, while Spain's Ferran Torres, Norway's Antonio Nusa, Belgium's Brandon Mechele, and Argentina's Gonzalo Montiel complete the group of players at risk of missing the semi-finals if they receive another yellow card in the quarter-finals.
